The Organizational Structure

The Rooftop Team is led by its founding executive producer, Daves Guzha. Staﬀ operate in specific areas as set out in the following organogram. A Board of Directors has a counseling role and directs policy, with oversight on governance matters.

Daves Guzha

Daves Guzha is a well known producer in the theatre industry and is the founder of Rooftop Promotions. Daves has been involved in various theatre productions in and outside the country. He has done productions such as Waiters which was screened on the local television station.
